HT-F01

It is multi-function welding tool of gas iron, can be used separately or replace other soldering iron head. Its temperature up to 400 degree.

- Reusable and inflatable.
- Adjustable flame.

Attention

1. Don't touch the working soidering iron head by band.

2. Keep the children away from it.

3. Please use high quality gas, and keep far away from fire source.

4. Don't fill the gas too full to falming.

5. Please don't try to repair the heated gasoline tanks, burning fog tank.

6. Avoid heavy fall.

Ignition.

1. Push switch to «ON», fire the joint by lighter, the machine make a hissing sound. (Picture 1).

2. Fire in the largest gap in the milling groove with minimum gas. (Pictute 3).
Please note: The flame should not be too large to affect the service life of the soldering iron head and please wait until the flame is completely extinguished and the heat in the iron turns red.

3. The temperature of this product is up to 1300 degrees.

Failure of solutions.

1. If air holes were blocked by bad gas just pull out holding the aluminum head by hand. (Picture 1) and take out and clean as following order:
Rubber cover of aluminum heads → mesh → Qcircle → Silver piece, and Install back in reverse order. The accessory is reusable with spare parts. (Picture 4).

2. Please change new one if the soldering iron head doesn't turn red.

3. Please clean the soldering iron head (oxydic) if difficult to paint tin.

4. Please check the capacity of the gas barrel if the flame has shrunk.

5. Please press the air hole several times if problems of air inflation.
