GPS TK921

GPS tracker TK921 is convenient to use as a personal tracker for guarding responsible persons or performing dangerous work, monitoring the elderly and children and monitoring traveling employees.
TK921 has a small size and weight for constant carrying with you and the SOS button. If you hold this button for 3 seconds, an alarm signal will be sent to the tracking server indicating the exact location of the tracker.

Working based on existing GSM/GPRS network and GPS satellites, this product can locate and monitor any remote targets by SMS, APP and Internet. It adopts the most advanced technology of GPS/WIFI and AG PS positioning.

Note: The indicator will turn off automatically after few seconds once the device get the gps signal.

GSM SIM CARD INSTALLATION GUIDE: Only GSM SIM card works in this model .
 

3. How to use the device

• Open the cover, Insert the SIM card into the SIM card holder by push the metal piece forward and lifting it up.
• Turn on the unit by pressing the «on/off» button until the indicator is on.
• After 30 or 60 seconds, the unit will begin to work and acquire the GSM signals and the GPS signals, (pis do this outdoors)
• Turn the unit off: by pressing the «On/Off» button five times in a row until the light is off.

4. SMS TRACKING

4.1. Call the SIM card phone number of the tracker, you will receive a link of Google Maps position, or sending message: «G123456#» to SIM card phone number of the tracker

E.g:

4.2. Admin number setting. (After admin number is set, only the SMS sent by the admin number to the device SIM card number can be replied.)

Command: «admin123456 phone number» ( This phone number is your own mobilephonenumber, nottheSIM card numberintracker.)
Reply: admin ok

E.g: «admin123456 13xxxxxxxx»

When the unit generates over-speed alarm, shake sensor alarm, SOS alarm or low battery alarm, it will send alert to the admin number.(13265790180)

4.3. SOS number setting

Press the SOS button for 3 seconds, then the device will send SMS "help alarm!" to the SOS number and Admin number.)

5. EXPLANATION OF PARAMETERS/CODES IN SMS MESSAGE

• Lat:22.63952 lon:114.17122 Positioning of the latitude and longitude values.

• Spd:000 This refers to the device moving speed. The unit is km/h.

• T:24/09/15 16:00 real-tracking time, the Default is London time. You can set language and time zone in APP.

• Bat:100% The battery percent is between 10% and 100%. Once it is less than 20%, it alarms.

• 2015070203 Device ID, which is used to log in APP and platform.

• Google Link: Click this link and it will shows you the position of the device.

• Google Link: This is the position of last gps signal appeared.

6. START ONLINE TRACKING

6.1. Then, Set APN correctly through text commands, then you can get location information of the tracker online through APP and website.
Each SIM card has its own APN information (including APN, usernameand password). If you don't know about it, there are three ways to find it out:
1) Call the carrier/provider of the SI M card and consult about it;
2) Search for these information online;
3) PuttheSIM card in your cell phone to find it out.

Set APN by sending text commands: "apn123456 APN", "apnuser23456 username", "apnpasswd123456 password". Attention please: the APN, username and password must be from the carrier/provider of the SIM card you bought for the device. And there is a space after the "123456" in every command.

6.3 APP LICATIONS FOR ANDROID / IOS

Search «WINNES GPS» inthe Apple App Store / Google Play
Store or Scan the QR Code to install the application to your cell phone.

6.4.1 Login the app

1. Login by IMEI/ID (In the case of only one tracker)
Select «Log in by IMEI/ID» at the bottom left of the screen.

2. Login by username

Note: If you have two tracking devices or more, you need to contact with the seller customer service first to ask them create an account for your devices. You can login by username when you get a username and password of your account.
Select "Log in by username" at the bottom right of the screen.

6.4.2 Real-time tracking

Real-time tracking not only can track the position of the device, but also can track the position of smart phone.
On map click "+" and "-" to zoom in and zoom out the map.
Click " " to view different location between smart phone and device, and click " " to change the map vision between 2D/3D.

There are 4 buttons in the "Real-time tracking" interface:
Geofence: Click it to jump to the corresponding interface.
Historical route: Click it to jump to the corresponding interface.
Setting: Click it to jump to the corresponding interface.
Position: Click it once, APP will show you the latest position of the tracker.

6.4.3 Historical track playback

Select the start and end dates, youcanfindthe route map of the device for the last six months in the Historical route.

6.4.4 Geo-fence

Click on the upper right corner "+" under main menu for setup geo-fence.
The device will lock device's present position as center automatically, then adjust the radius distance by "+" " - " on map (default radius is 100 meters, recommended radius is 500 meters). Save settings by clicking "OK".
It will generate analarm on App when the device is out of this range.

7. Notices:

1. GPS tracking is available in outdoor open space where the GPS signal is good.
2. Please make sure GSM SIM card supports making calls, sending messages, GPRS network; and there is sufficient balance (min,text and data) intheGSMSIMcard.
3. Please insert the GSM sim card correctly.
4. Do not assemble and disassemble the device at will.

8. FAQ and processing methods.

Fail to turn it on
Please check if battery is charged

No GSM signal
1. Please check if SIM card is installed correctly.
2. Please check if SIM card supports GSM network.
3. Don't turn on the PIN code. Please turn off the PIN code.
4. No calls can be diverted.

No GPS signal
It is recommended to take the device to an open space outside to ensure that the device can get GPS signals properly.

No reply to SMS command
Password wrong or the format is wrong.Call the tracker, if it goes straight to the voicemail, please turn off the voicemail first.

No GPS signal
It is recommended to move the device to a free location outside the building to make sure that the device is receiving the GPS signals properly can receive.
