General information: • This product operates on three (3) replaceable AAA size batteries (not included). • Alkaline batteries are recommended. Rechargeable batteries are okay to use. • Remove batteries if light is not to be used for an extended period of time. • Do not mix old and new batteries. Do not mix alkaline, standard (Carbon - Zinc), or rechargeable (Nickel - Cadmium) batteries. • Dry any water on the product prior to battery installation. Remove used batteries promptly. Replace all 3 batteries at the same time. • Always purchase the correct size and grade of battery most suitable for the intended use. Ensure batteries are installed correctly with regard to polarity (+ and -). Clean the battery contacts and also those of the device prior to battery installation. • To clean the product, use only a damp cloth. Avoid strong cleaner, excessive water and abrasive brush. • If leaking battery liquid (electrolyte) comes in contact with skin, wash immediately with soap and water or neutralize it with vinegar or lemon juice. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water for 10 minutes and seek medical advice. • The light source of this appliance is not replaceable; when the light source reaches its end of life the whole appliance shall be replaced. • Store the product indoors when not in use. 1. To install or replace batteries: 1. Dry product completely. Unscrew the battery housing cover (1) from the Spa LED light (see Fig 1). Be careful not to lose the two o-rings on the battery housing cover. 2. Insert 3 AAA size batteries following the orientation shown on the battery holder (2) (see Fig 2). 3. Reinstall the battery holder (2) into the LED light body according to the orientation (see Fig 3). 4. Securely tighten the battery housing cover (1) by hand only (see Fig 4). 5. Screw the Spa LED light onto the Spa tub upper outlet grid fitting, hand tighten only (see Fig 5). Note: Do not allow water to get inside the battery compartment, which can damage the product and void the warranty.
Operation instructions: • Left button: turns the light ON and OFF, and sets the light in solid color flood mode. • Press left button. Color: Once - Soft white Twice - Green 3 times - Teal 4 times - Blue 5 times - Purple 6 times - OFF • Right button: turns the light ON and OFF, and sets the light in changing-color mode. Press twice to turn off. • When the light is on, press and hold any button for 3 seconds to turn off the light. • After 2 hours of continuous use, the device will automatically switch off to save energy. Troubleshooting guide: What should I do if the product does not light up? 1. Check the battery holder to ensure 3 AAA batteries are installed correctly with regard to polarity (+ and -). 2. Check that the battery holder and housing cover are snug (hand tightened). 3. Replace the batteries. What should I do if the light emitted by this product is too weak? 1. Clean outside surface of the light housing using a soft damp cloth. Note: the light housing is an optical component, to avoid any scratches do not use any hard or abrasive rag to clean it. 2. Replace all batteries with 3 new AAA batteries. What should I do if the light is flashing rapidly? Replace the batteries. ● |
