SQ10

Charge the camera
• Connect the camera to the USB port of your computer, before stopping the recording.
• Connect the camera to the charger. In this case, you can continue to use the camera while charging. When charging the camera, the blue and red LEDs will light constantly.
• After the camera battery is fully charged, the blue LED will light constantly, and the red LED will turn off.

 

Note:
• If the battery is exhausted, the blue and red LEDs will flash simultaneously for 5 seconds, after which the camera will save the recorded video and automatically turn off.
• If the mini SD card is not installed, the blue and red LEDs will flash simultaneously for 5 seconds, after which the camera will automatically turn off.
• If the camera is in standby mode and nothing is done with it, the camera automatically turns off after 1 minute to save the charge of the built-in battery.

 

Cable with three functions:

• to connect the camera to a computer for charging and transferring data
• for connecting the camera to the charger
• to connect the camera to the TV and display the image on the screen

 

 

Video recording with a resolution of 720P:

Press the «On/Off» button to turn on the camera - the blue LED will light - the camcorder is in the 720P video recording standby mode. Press the «On/Off» button once to start recording the video - the blue LED will blink 3 times and go out - 720P video is recorded. The video will be automatically saved every 5 minutes. To stop recording, press the «On/Off» button.

 

Video recording with a resolution of 1080P:

Press the «On/Off» button to turn on the camera - the blue LED will stay lit. Press the «Mode» button once to enter 1080P video capture mode - the red and blue LEDs will be lit simultaneously, the camera is in the 1080P video recording standby mode. To start recording, press the «On/Off» button once - the blue LED will go out and the red LED will blink 3 times and go out - the video recording with 1080P quality is being recorded. The video will be automatically saved every 5 minutes. To stop recording, press the «On/Off» button.

 

Photo

Press the «On/Off» button to turn on the mini video camera - the blue LED will light up. Press the «Mode» button twice to enter the photographing mode - the red LED will stay lit. To take a photo, press the «On/Off» button once - the red LED blinks once, the photo is saved. The resolution of the resulting photographs is 4032х3024.

 

IR Night Light

Enable: press and hold the «On/Off» button for 2 seconds - the red light will blink 2 times
Off: press and hold the «On/Off» button for 2 seconds - the red LED will blink 3 times

 

Motion Sensor

The SQ10 can start recording on the built-in motion sensor. To do this, while in the 720P or 1080P video recording standby mode, press and hold the «Mode» button for 3 seconds - the camera will enter the motion sensor recording mode. If motion is detected, the video recording will start automatically, with red and blue LEDs blinking at the same time. When recording motion sensor, the video recording is automatically saved every 5 minutes.

 

Recording while charging

Make sure the mini-SD card is inserted into the camera. Connect the camera in the off state to the external battery - two LEDs will light up at the same time, then the red LED will be on for a few seconds, after which the red LED will start flashing - this means that the video recording has started. Recording starts automatically when the camera is connected to the charger.
To stop recording, press the «On/Off» button once. At the same time, the red LED will stop flashing and will be lit all the time - the camera is in the standby mode.

 

TV OUT:

When you connect the USB TV cable to the TV, you can see the image through the TV screen, it allows you to shoot photos and videos, use a motion sensor.

 

Reset:

If the device does not work correctly, or does not respond to pressing the buttons, you can restart it by simultaneously pressing and holding the «On/Off» and «Mode» buttons for 3 seconds.

 

Switch off:

To turn off the camera, press and hold the «On/Off» button for 6 seconds. If the camera is in standby mode and is not in use, it automatically turns off after 1 minute.

 

Setting the date and time:

Connect the camera to the PC. Setting the time is done by creating a text file named "TIMERSET.txt" in the root directory of the mini-SD card, with the following content:
«YYYYMMDDHHMMSS Y» (or N if you do not want the date and time stamp displayed on video files)
For example, 20170305221203 Y
After saving the file, unplug the mini camera from the computer and turn it on.

 

Uploading files to your computer

Connect the camera in the off state to the PC - after a few seconds it will automatically be detected as a removable disk on your PC. The blue indicator will indicate the process of transferring information, and the red indicator will indicate the process of charging the built-in battery.
