Install APP

Accession
Connect the power for the first time.

1. First toggle "Start button" boot and wait until the camera blue light flashing or on (if 60 seconds later the blue light didn't flashing or on, please long press the reset button for 3 seconds), then use a mobile to search the Wi-Fi hot spot signals: Q7 or HD-Q7 (code: 12345678) emitted by camera.

2. After the successful connection of Q7 or HD-Q7, using a mobile phone to open the operating software ---> find "local" page —> click "settings" then select "unlimited network settings" —> enter your home router username and password -->1 minute later, succeed or failed —> If failed, the camera return to the initialized state and the blue light flashing or on —> If succeed, the red light flashing or on.

3. After the success of joining the network, select "remote" and then enter the account and password behind the camera body, or scan the QR code, then you can watch global real-time video.

Reasons for the failure to join the network and precautions.
1. Wrong input of the router account password.
2. TF card malfunctioning, please formatting.
3. Router too long without rebooting to assign IP addresses.
4. Close the router as far as you can for optimal viewing.

TF card recording
Turn off your camcorder, put the TF card into the slot, the camera automatically record and save. Press the reset button once, the camera stops recording video, and save the current video. Video files saved in 5 minutes a period and the cycle camera. When we need to read TF card file, please use a card reader.

Forget your camera password

3. After the success of joining the network, use mobile to open the operating software, find "local" page click "setting" --> choose "system setting" again --> "reset to defaults" --- wait for 60 seconds (After the successful recovery, there is the original account password.)
