Audio is disabled by default for real-time feeds in the app. The audio can be enabled by using the volume button in the live window of the app. If volume is too low, increase the volume of your device. If there is any noise in the real-time feed, please keep your phone away from the camera and avoid placing the camera near electronic devices such as refrigerators or microwave ovens. What should I do if the video freezes or the audio and video are not synchronous when watching the real-time feed of the camera?
If the video is slow or often loading, please set the video resolution to HD. If the audio and video are not synchronous, please check whether the network the camera is connected to is functioning normally. If there is a lot of delay, try to exit and reopen the feed. What should I do if the camera does not broadcast any audio during calls?
It is possible the app does not have the permissions to access the microphone of your phone. Please grant the relevant permissions in the settings of your phone. What should I do if there is an echo during calls?
If there is an echo or a whistling sound, try to keep a distance of 10 meters or more between your phone and the camera during the call. How does the memory card store videos?
If a memory card is installed, recorded videos are always stored on the memory card by default. Once the card is full, the oldest video will be deleted automatically and the camera will record continuously. Do I need to reconnect to the app after changing to a different Wi-Fi network?
