Begin to use F9 sports DV

To charge the battery.

There are two methods to charge the battery:
1. Please use random incidental charger charging.
2. Through USB wire use the computer connecting with machine for charging. During the charging process, the red charging indicator is light up, when charging is completed, the red indicator light goes out automatically.

Memory Card (TF Card) preparation.

TF card requirements: This machine requires TF card capacity with 4 GB and above, the speed needs to be in CLASS 10 and above.
For the first time to use the memory card for this camera, please connect computer formatting, the formatting will permanently delete the memory of all data, including protected image, and can't recover. Therefore, before formatting memory card, please backup important data.

Open and close the camera.

1. The built-in battery booting: long press the power button, at the same time of fuselage vibration the two lights: red, blue all light up, and then long press the power button, after the vibration power the lights will go out to realize after shutdown.
2. External charger switch machine: after connecting this camera attached charger with external power, please connect USB with the machine, this can realize external charger power supply, and switch machine process is as above.

Reset.

When the camera appear abnormal situation because of improper operation, you can press the reset button and then boot, it can return to normal.

Basic operations of the F9 sports DV

I. How to take pictures.

In the 1080 p (30 FPS) mode switching wave switch to the mode of taking pictures, press the photo/video key, sports DV will light up the red light, red light out will be completed after taking pictures, you can connect with PC or card reader to read the photos' file.

II. How to take video.

1. After start up set mode for video mode, press the photo/video key, and the red light will be on and begin to video (need to plug TF card), then click on the photo/video key, after the camera keeping out and the red light being off then stop video. In the video mode can toggle resolution, switch to choose 1080 P (30FPS), 720 P (30 FPS) these two formats, according to demands to choose corresponding format for video clips of the recording.

2. Recording while charging: After inserting the TF card into the machine, connecting the data cable and the power supply, the camera enters the state of recording while charging or taking pictures while charging. The operation method is the same as the video/photograph method.

Note: When using recording while charging, please press the function key to save the file before exiting the USB, otherwise the video file will not be saved.

III. Time setting.

The user needs to modify the display time on the camera, after connecting the camera to the computer. Open the root directory, there is a time document file, edit it in the document.
Format: year.month.day hour:minute:second Y 3 (such as 2020.06.06 18:58:58 Y 3).
And save this file and exit, the time modification is completed, the next time the camera is started, the product displays the specified time. If you need to modify the cycle time, you can change the "3" at the end of the format to the selected cycle time.

Note:

«Y» in the format represents time display,
«N» means no time display,
«3» means that loop video saves a file every 3 minutes, (It can be set to within 3-6 minutes. If it is not in this range, the camera will cycle for 3 minutes by default.)

IV. Connection to a computer.

Video and photo material download.

Note: the computer operating system: Windows 2000 / XP/Vista/Windows 7, MAC OS x 10.3.6 above.

1. Use the computer to browse and management files.

2. Remove USB wire to shut down F9 mini DV.

Note: using this product when the system is halted causing by improper operation, you can press the reset button then boot, this device can return to normal.
